Meet Lina Chammoury—entrepreneur, mentor, and trailblazer in the beauty industry.
Lina’s journey began when she and her family immigrated to Canada from Lebanon to escape the war in 1976. Despite facing numerous challenges, Lina’s determination led her to start working at the young age of 13 to help support her family.
Although she only completed junior high education, Lina never let that stop her from pursuing her dreams. After marrying her husband, they embarked on an incredible adventure together, opening a successful salon and spa. Lina took numerous courses and attended seminars, honing her skills and becoming a true expert in the field.
Now, as the CFO/Director of Operations at Edges Salon & Spa, Lina oversees a thriving business that has employed hundreds of individuals over the past 30+ years. Their family-owned business is well-known in the community, with a loyal and supportive clientele who have been with them since day one.

Charitable Work
Lina’s passion goes beyond her business. She actively speaks at schools, delivering inspiring presentations to help aspiring professionals find success in the beauty industry. Her coaching and leadership have been recognized and awarded, and she is immensely proud of all she has accomplished in her career.
She is also active in her philanthropic endeavors as a National Association of Professional Executive Women member and winner of the Continental Who’s Who Association award. Lina has raised over $50,000 for impoverished children through her various charity events in our community and created the nonprofit social media campaign, Haircuts 4 Humanity, on Instagram and Facebook.
